Alright guys I am very confused. I have three MB Malik Bubber Sher Limited Edition blades and all three of them are top drawer bats. I had asked for big profile and I got what I had asked for. Once I choose one I will post a review of them. All three of them are in 2.8-2.9 weight range

all timber from Pakistan is over dried for sure ?? AS/MB/CA are in race of producing big bats in low weights.

To be honest I didn't found them to be overdried like other bats. The moisture content is normal. I had also told the owner regarding this and he said don't worry. So again they are not over dried

Mate, they weigh around 2.8ish but pick up like 2.6/2.7

Did you actually use a moisture meter on them then? And what % was the moisture content?

Pete, no I don't have one but looking at judging the bats in hand I think it is somewhat obvious to tell whether it's mositured or not. I have seen over dried bats so I do have an idea of them. Physically the mositure content seems similar to my Newbery Krakatoa which I am sure isn't overdried

The only way you can tell is by measuring the moisture using a meter fella!
I could be wrong, but as far as I'm aware, it's impossible to judge the moisture content percentage by looking at it!

For a minute you can say that but that really isn't the case. I am looking to sell the pthe two . Got a good price on the bats compare to what a normal person would pay

I believe another matter of fact which lead me to that conclusion could be the colour of the willow. In my eyes lighter one tends to be dried compare to darker. But again it's my opinion and I could be wrong. I just see these type of things in massive massive sticks.

So what happens if a bat is refurbished. A refurbished bat will come back looking brand new (white wood) and it does not mean its overdried.
