well I would get the kit out on the county circuit, and London Schools circuit, and West Midlands league circuit, but it comes in at too much of a price for me regrettably :(

Don't ask Tom any questions about the technology when having a pint!
Three hours later you'll still be waiting to get a word in!  ;)

This is a great forum to be on!
You have such a wide range of batmakers, helmet providers, willow producers and experts in the cricket industry!
Oh yeh, and don't forget one or two fanatical bat collectors!  ;)
So a good variety of knowledge and interests on here!  8)

Speaking of pints Mr Hosk it must be your round next time....you lot were too busy ogling Talismans wood last time to speak about my helmet!!! :( lol

Technological advancements help to keep the game moving forward and the other brands on their toes! rather than comfortable churning out the same product year upon year without any competition ;)

Mr Hosk, its been a pleasure reading your thread, and yes, my mundane after school life has been brightened by the reading of cricket related, sometimes loosely related, subjects. Whilst I may appear to be only after sponsorship, I do bloody enjoy the game, and having been to 2 of the Pakistan test matches, and seeing the game int he state that it is now, I think that it's forums like these which keeps the grass roots level spirit and the enjoyable side back to cricket, even when darker things may be occuring in the international game,

Emotional outburst over

Tom - my round next time fella!  :D

And talking of my inventory topic, I had better continue with it as I still have another 60 bats to get through!  :(
It's a real labour of love but I have to see it through!

I think I remember where your Ayrtek bats come from Tom.
And I know that it would be tough to find much better quality bat and maker!!

And I will carry on with topic - and glad that people enjoy it!  :D
