Just thinking...

Given all the good reviews re. Fusion a few years ago + the training aids that they have brought out, it seems odd that they seem to have fallen of the face of the cricket equipment world?

Anyone know what has happened to them?

I know Tom was great as publicising Fusion and certainly gave them a forum rep well above their station but the business was never run by him and they are simply doing their own thing. As with the Mongoose thread it is hard to pass judgement on something we know little about. They appear not to be selling kit direct on the website which is all most of us will know them for but I believe they are still selling locally and must be working hard on training aids as I saw everyone using the Flexi stumps at Taunton all season.

Terrible customer service without Tom. As some on here will know I sent back a bat I recieved from them as to be honest it wasn't very good at all, Bill took a look at the bat and said he would replace it (this was a year ago) but I have still not recieved a bat despite many reminders.

Sent my Skyer to have a new handle put into it three months ago, still not sent it back despite me ringing everyweek. They always say they are really busy and are trying their best.

Fusion have clearly eased into a different market and are quite clearly busy.  They've obviously gone into a different market for a reason (Equipment market is too crowded) and it's paid off.  Bare with them Leo (Another year! HA), wouldn't suprise me if they are dealing with massive contracts and the least of their worries is a Skyer.  (Okay this isn't how they should deal with their own customers however it's only natural, times are hard...
