Here is my alternate team (so haven't picked any of your picks) - sort of trying to pick on your criteria

1 M Carberry
2 M Lumb
3 Gale
4 A McGrath
5 R Hamilton-Brown
6 I Blackwell
7 S Patel
8 C Read
9 P Trego
10 D Masters
11 A Thomas

Picked mainly using this http://www.cricinfo.com/countycricket2010/content/page/455202.html and not picking Dominic Cork!

I am not sure how Hyphen can warrant a place, He has not done much from a batting point of view, He seems to only play one way, And i am a surrey fan myself,

I was clutching at straws looking to get decent players, not likely to be picked but qualifying for England - and while he can only play one way - he is extremly talented so for the purposes of this team he getes the nod.

I agree he has promise, but I feel he needs to learn when to attack and when to defend and build a total, Hales from Notts, Would get a nod from me, Or even James Vince.

Steven Croft played nicely when I saw him, perhaps a better bet than the acronym

No love for Gemaal Hussain guys? Went off the boil a bit but still took 60odd wickets.
