Not sure mate def got to try and get down to a few of these shows to be nosy lol

May drop a somerset helmet down to m&h in the next couple of weeks so u can go and view that one ;)

My Kit :

dukes century pads (need new 1s)
helmet - unbranded black grill
puma iridium bowling boots
addidas spikes (red)
Scat premium gloves

my bats (in order of quality)

1) Willowstix anaconda 2.9 (stickered as a talisman perfect storm)
2) a sommers platinum stickered as an addidas pellora
3) B.A.S. enigma LTD edition (badly sanded and broken - but i love it to much to get rid off , most runs from this awsome piece of willow)
4) ss ton
5) kippax vitra fireblade (stickered as nike)

my willow abuse :

1) middling bat
2) maxgoose (as its known at the club)
3) sammy the snake (made this for a bit of one hand one bounce out of a bat with a huge chunk of willow snapped out of it)

Bat: One of S6 LH/LB for Slow and Low, L&W Carbo Churchill LB(if I don't sell it) for bouncier pitches and artificials, Hunts County Insignia LH, GN Xiphos (rehandled to LH) and one other.
Pads: Hunts County Triumph (Same as last year)
Gloves: GN Xiphos
Helmet: Masuri (Anyone want it? It's a 60-63 and is a bit small)
Shoes: Asics Strike Rate (2010)

Most of it the same as last yesr really. Not much new.

nah mate,Tubs pretty full tbh- got it to get huuuuge, but quickly realised i couldn't be arsed with the weights bit! :-[ i think creatine is only for looks anyway,which was a bit vain of me, as it just retains water and doesn't actually build muscle.

I thought you had sold the Puma gloves? I was only looking at your topic this morning which suggested they were sold!

I will take them for the £15. They match my gear!

I just need to shift mine to pay for them.

I do alot of training and work with guys who really know there stuff. People seem to know alot of rubbish about substances and should only use them if they know what they are for and how to use them correctly in conjunction with diet and excersise. Creatine should be used purely for recovery it doesn't build muscle just reduces the effect of doms after hyperplasia occurs, and also increases ADP TO ATP conversion giving you more energy whilst training to push yourself further, you get big from training not from using creatine. Creatine is found in the body naturally anyway and produced daily..
