I do alot of training and work with guys who really know there stuff. People seem to know alot of rubbish about substances and should only use them if they know what they are for and how to use them correctly in conjunction with diet and excersise. Creatine should be used purely for recovery it doesn't build muscle just reduces the effect of doms after hyperplasia occurs, and also increases ADP TO ATP conversion giving you more energy whilst training to push yourself further, you get big from training not from using creatine. Creatine is found in the body naturally anyway and produced daily..

Oh and also, if you are trying to teach us 'novices' a lesson, it might be helpful to speak English, instead of just showing off??

How was I being arsey? I was trying to help you as I took your post seriously. And my bad didn't think the language was that bad but it's hardly showing off just how I'm used to saying it.

To simplify...

DOMS -  delayed muscle soreness after excercise
Hyerplasia - the splitting of muscle fibres from training they split to rebuild larger known as hypertrophy
ATP - source of energy in the body

A lot of people out there are misguided on products, was only trying to help.

Don't worry about it, thanks for speaking in terms I can understand! And you're right, one should only use products if you understand them..

Photos of my kit, I am missing the pics of my Aytek gloves, they're with my indoor gear at my dad's.
I went for the Hosk approach with a rug but taking pictures on my phone got rid of the essence :(

Haven't uploaded any pictures of my current bat so took a couple of that too.

I thought I'd finish with what I like to call 'The Hosk Angle'

Lmao the helmet is blue in this pic, just the camera. I am hoping to send it back to Tom and get it sprayed black though.
Thanks for the comment though :)

The bat is awesome mate, highly regarded at our club at we have 6 of them. You don't necessarily have to time it to get four, or even six as I found out. Very nice bats!

As for the softs, the pads are nice and light and they're quite protective, good vfm. And the gloves are good for £25 again light and comfortable. I think the new gloves with the new colour schemes will be even better though.

I have Elite (grade 1) bat, Club gloves, Traditional pads and Elite helmet.

The gloves pictured are my Canterbury gloves, although my Ayrtek gloves are very similar.

Yeh cus I would look at getting elite bats (2) elite pads (2) elite gloves (3) elite lid with ti grill, initials and Warwickshire bears logo on front, plus a duffle bag and kit nag and trousers so what you reckon or have heard about the quality of all that gear?

If I could afford all of that I would have it lol. Not sure Tom does a duffle bag though.

I have the trousers and they're good quality, I've used them for about 10-15 games and feel good.
Can't fault the quality of the stuff, my Cants gloves have lasted 2 or 3 years and they're the predecessors of my Ayrtek gloves. (I think I used predecessors in the right context)

Na bud reminds me of a certain Saturday evening quite recently at lords :)

And I'm only hearing positive things :)

are the bats full made in the uk?

Also, with the elite bats and the custom sticker bats is the quality of the wood and everything the same so it's just the stickers that are different?

And he has quoted one to me anyway :) a duffle i mean
