Tom are the stickers interchangeable I.e could I wear one for club games and one for county games or are they a permanent feature?

They aren't interchangeable as such as they are stuck directly onto the helmet as a vinyl sticker....other helmets have to use Velcro etc which makes it look cheap IMO

I don't quite understand why anyone would add their county crest to their helmet, club crest yes, but county no, as you don't play professionally for them. I'd think the person was a bighead who thinks they're amazing tbh.

I don't see the issue....Im wearing an England T20 shirt, doesn't mean I'm bigheaded and play for England ??? I mean I'm good enough but still waiting for the call up lol something about being unfit and weight limits on planes or something ???

 It's a replica service that allows people to show support of their local county they follow :)
