Raina should be dropped. He hasnt got the test match temprament. Pujara or Vikay should take his position. Dravid will come back strong against nz and south africa. If he doesnt, he needs to look at calling it time.

We desperately need a good allrounder to bat at 7 and allow Dhoni to move up to 6. This will give us more options with a 5 bowler attack.

Unfortunately alot of politics goes on in Indian cricket and the best players are not neccessarily picked

What rubbish. India doesn't need an all rounder. Yes it would be nice, but 4 bowlers is fine.

Irfan Pathan isn't good enough with the ball.

In the long run R Ashwin could be the spin bowling all rounder, therefore allowing 4 frontline bowlers into the line up. Ashwin could bat at 7. Ashwin is a better batsman that Irfan.

The only good bowler India have at the moment is Zaheer Khan and I don't think anyone will disagree with that fact!

He consistently got him out in 2008/2009 in both India/Australia in all forms of the game.

In terms of seamers Sreesanth isnt bad, not brilliant, but adequate. Ojha and Harbhajan not cut it for you?

Sreesanth is not that bad but he has serious attitude problems. In the current match he seemed okay but let's see how he goes in long term.

Oh in spinners Harbajan is not bad whereas I would pick Mishra ahead of Ojha as I find him a better bowler.

I think it's IPL and CLT20 that is hurting the bowlers and other players. When it cones to ODI and T20 India's batting dies get weaker in the middle order area as Tendulkar, Dravid and Laxman don't play. The young upcoming batsmans are not performing upto there potentials. For example, Kohli, Jadeja etc. However, this new lad in Test Pujara looks good though.

Pujara should've been in the national side 3 years ago, the guy is a run machine!

Regional bias still dictates who gets selected, example is Rohit Sharma, because he's from Mumbai (powerhouse of domestic cricket) he gets picked over and over again.

Jadeja is rubbish, he shouldn;t ever get picked!!!

India won last series away from home in West Indies, England and New Zealand. Drew a series with Sri Lanka. Lost close series' with South Africa and Australia.

Rohit is usually in the squad. Uthappa is just a slogger

The series in england will show everyone how good this Indian seam attack is. Last time India toured england, zaheer, rp and sree done really well. It normally takes 1 test match for the bowlers and batsmen to get used to the english conditions.

I reckon Praveen should get a go in England in the tests, think he would be a handful in the right conditions although he doesn't have the pace. Not a bad comeback this morning from being two down early on. Time for a big hundred from Clarkey, hinging on wether he plays Ashwin well. Was enjoying him batting in a cap, changed it now, just something about players batting in caps that says yeah you arent quick enough for me, get back to your mark!

Good job from the youngsters. Aussies got some good new bowlers. I would like to see Rayadu in this Indian team
