Off-season training
« on: October 17, 2010, 09:09:12 PM »

Hi there,

I'm wanting to try and improve my game as much as possible over the Winter, and with my club not having any indoor nets in the offing, I was wondering what you guys would recommend to do in the Winter to try and improve my whole game over the Winter?

Thanks.

Why not ask if there are any forum members in your area, and get some of them together to have a net?

Where abouts are you based?

Sure there are some forum members in Scotland. A town would be helpful if there are though!

Any general fitness will aid your game as the fitter you are the better and will help with all aspects of life, I'd get down that gym and mix up weights with some cardio

I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.
