I am 5ft 8.5 and about 10 stone, i use mediums and found the waist a little big but sewed it so it now fits, padding is perfec,t i would imagine a medium will be fine for you with no adjustments..

I still play the odd game and all this protective gear is not required ( same as for the past 20 years).
I just pad up with gloves and a single bat and that does us as a team well right.
