got to be my ayrtek just feel bit better knowing i am protected up there as love playing the short ball lol

The first cricket box was used in 1874.  The first cricket helmet was introduced in 1974. So, it took 100 years for men to twig that their brains were also worth protecting.

my morrant dalek thigh pad shorts - without doubt the lightest and most comfortable combo I've ever had (though a pig to wash).

close second but take on the short ball alot against some decent bowling so need to feel safe first then confident if i hit the ball it will stay hit ( which it does with the sachin )

got to be my custom-made Graham Plimmers.  no better feeling than having the ball just melt into your hands with them on
