Several PM's for images so thought I'd try uploading for all to see...

The 2009 Excel has what I'd describe as a low middle.  It weighs in at 2lbs 12.2oz.  The Excel Monster LE is lighter at 2lbs 10oz and has a higher middle.  My preference is the heavier bat.....never have been a big fan of concave bats, but I'm looking forward trying this one next year.  One of the H4L's could go, I don't really need two...I'm not that good a player!  The new and unused Newbery Series 1 is surplus to requirements and will probably go on eBay after Xmas.  The Vantage Lithium is my son's new bat for 2011 and the GM Icon is his old Harrow and due for the bin....nasty crack across toe and not worth fixing.  The GN Predator will end it's days in the nets.

what a tremendous bat selection... how long does it take you to decide which one you are going to use when you play?!!

We'll find out next season!  By then the choice will be less anyway.  As I said, the GM Icon is for the fire...it's cracked across the toe and not worth the cost of repairing and is now too small for my son.  The Vantage Lithium is his Xmas present and next season's bat.  The GN Predator will be his school holiday "every waking hour in the nets bat", the Newbery Series 1 is surplus, which leaves the two H4L bats....a choice of two come next season.  In the meantime I like looking at them all and dreaming, like we all do, of hitting the winning runs right out of the meat!

No....a 100 would be too far beyond reality......anything in double figures would be good  :)

It'd be nice to bat on a regular basis! Need to stop being simply the tall, bouncy swing/seam bowler and turn into Freddie!
