Quality catch! These commentators are morons. Shahzad bowled seaming deliveries, Mark Nicholas decided they were off and leg cutters. Idiot.

I don't have sky (as they usually show highlights), however highlights of most cricket matches on tv are on here - http://www.cricketonlinetv.com/

I love the aussie ignite gear that khawaja was using, the pads looked very nice. Any UK equivalent?

I think it's just the fact it's Monty, who seems to have caught more than a cold for once.

Just seen this - even the Aussie Brewery's think we will win the Ashes...
Free beer for every Aussie if Ashes are won

History imbues the Ashes with the sort of significance that goes beyond words. Pride, adulation and a place in cricketing folklore await great Ashes performances but VB Beer have added a further incentive for Australia. Under the "Shout the nation" commitment, if Australia win back the urn from England over the next two months, free coupons for the beer will be printed in newspapers at the conclusion of the final Test on January 8. Feeding 13 million Aussies a free beer would cost the company AUS$20 million at retail prices which makes this seem more like a bet against the hosts than a patriotic promise but if Ricky Ponting is celebrating at the end of the series it could be quite an after party.

Contemplating a 3-4 hour session tonight, got myself a couple of cans and with no work untill 2pm tomorrow afternoon I may aswell make the most out of the televised cricket! Also got to rearrange my sleeping pattern in preparation for the next 2 months!

I reckon there was more movement in the first 2 hours than i have seen in an international deck all year. not taking away from the bowlers at all. but white, kawaja, hughes, ferguson all got balls that nibbled around! Hope england can make something of it tonight!

Ferguson shouldn't have been given out really, top ball but bad umpiring...
