I've wanted a black/White one but there about £17 and I thought it'd be a bit gimmicky lol

I have red n black, definitely makes me feel more chilled and I sleep better and wake up clearer on the mornings, although that's not always a good thing if you want a lie in. At the end of the day it will not have an adverse affect so if it works 1% of the time, that could be worth the investment.

I have used them for the last couple of years, and have found that I get less headaches (not including hangovers) and also that I sleep better.

As has been said they may work for you they may not, just got to give it a go...
