Hard but i'll take a stab at it...
Best Batsmen - Gautam Gambhir 100 more runs than 2nd placed Sehwag so far
Best Bowler - RP Singh or Sohail Tanvir
Best Indian Domestic Player - Rohit Sharma
Biggest Surprise - Sean Marsh
Biggest Prospect - S. Goswami (keeper/batsmen) 19yrs old and so much quality
Best Captain - There can only be one - Shane Warne
Player of the Tournament - cant say yet.. since tournie aint finished!
Worst Captain - Dravid
Most Potential but never used properly - Misbah Ul-Haq
One off show of exellence - Shoaib Akhtar with his 4 for 11 against a strong Delhi side and only defending 110ish runs

Adam, Gambhir is 22nd in the batting list, how does that make him the best batsman? Once again the majority of yours are Indian...
De Villiers has had a quality tournament, scoring the only ton, yet he gets no praise? Stupid.
