Im thinking of giving one of my old bats a lamitoe and im wondering if there are any batmakers who can help ?
Am i right in thinking it is just a processes of cutting through the toe with and saw adding the hardwood the the gap gluing it up clamping it then when dry cutting it to the right size and anding ??
Cheers

Pretty much, the insert needs to be a good fit else it will weaken rather then strengthen the toe.
