It was poor cricket at the time, I can vouch for that one. They were allowing Punter and Watson to milk Swanny, and 2 slips for Tremlett, the best bowler at the time, unlucky not to get a wicket in this innings

Not how I saw it, and Swann's figures don't really point to it either. Oh well.

Quite, indeed it is looking likely we will only have to take 3 with the injury to Harris. There is no point him risking making the injury worse given the situation.

not heard how bad his ankle is but id wanna at least get out there for prides sake if it was me rather than losing the ashes whilst in the hut

Word is a stress fracture on a bone in his foot which will require surgery. At his age there is no point delaying it as it will take a long time to heal.

Yeh, call me a pessimist but I wasn't comfortable listening to the tms buildup, they were going on like the match finished last night.

Never rule the aussies out, never.

Edit: We gave them an absolute pasting in the 2nd match, got complacent and they came back hard in the 3rd. Lessons to be learnt.
