Just Wondering, Are Puma Flextech's, (Or Any Other Similar Style) Pad's Better Than Standard Pads?

Depends what you mean by better, the design is modern but I don't like them. The pair I had, Puma Ballistic 6000's were good protection wise but not the best for the bigger leg fit wise. I did not find them that comfy either but they were lighter in weight than a standard pair.

Yeah, like Mike says, I tried some on and they didn't fit my legs too well, neither did Stealth 4000s either; always found traditional style pads to be much more forgiving.

I Had a pair of Iridium Flextechs and they were so small fit wise and even though they were light you didnt feel it as you had to have the straps painfully tight to keep them on

not worth the money. Look good, but the fit is very poor. I found them very uncomfortable. Small fit wise, so may need so adjustment to your batting style to get the bat and pad close
