Prime Minister's XI
« on: January 09, 2011, 03:39:13 PM »

Anyone seen the team for the Pm's XI? Three players not having played first class, played for Aus Capital Territory, anyone care to explain? Excited to see how some of the young guys cope against England!

Thats quitea strong side, ferguson, khawaja, maddinson, paine, copeland and doherty are all reasonably good first class players!

Just wondered if anyone had the info on the other guys, I'm pretty excited to see the young guys make a better job of it than the Ashes side. Think flair will show through from the likes of Ferguson and Khawaja

why has anderson flown home?

A break before the world cup, and a chance to see his new kid I'd imagine.

Feel free to disagree, but wouldn't it be more beneficial to play a T20 warm match ahead of the 2 T20s?

I think the bigger picture is the 7 ODI's and the 50 over world cup coming up
