Just remembered it was 1430 for women and 1230 for men as a pass

The first cricket box was used in 1874.  The first cricket helmet was introduced in 1974. So, it took 100 years for men to twig that their brains were also worth protecting.

we do these for our Aussie rules trainings some guys are machines my best was 13.8 couple years ago. but top level AFL footballers have been known to reach level 21 (Robert Harvey ex St Kilda Legd) young guys now looking to get drafted by AFL clubs top the 16-17 levels and thats considered as tops in this fitness test

Doing a 10k assault/obstacle course for Mens Health Magazine in October in Cardiff should be a killer . . .check it out

Yeah, plan on doing that this year as it's my sort of thing (I'm a freerunner, so the whole obstacles in the way thing shouldn't be the hardest bit, the 10k of running will be!) Would've done it last year but Uni and health issues got in my way!

Im the opposite of you, 10k will be easy its the 10 main obstacles and other smaller obstacles that i more concerned with!!
