Whether Corey is a bowler or a batsman its a great coup having a player of his calibre using a bat from a 'smaller brand', top stuff Gary, may i ask what he asked for specs wise?  Do you have any other players using your bats?

Corey was pretty easy going with his spec to be honest, 2-9/10 XLB was all that mattered to him.  Shame they didnt quite win last night, was a good game tho!

No more players i can mention using my bats at the moment ;)

Just finalized details with Gary on getting me a Redback Surefire!!  Great customer service....he was very patient with all my questions and responsive to my emails.  Will be the first one he's ever shipped to Canada.  Showed my captain the pics and I think hes going to get one as well now.  The specs I asked for were:

2lb 9 oz
Traditional profile
Low to Mid middle
Oval Handle  (He had a bat already made to those specs except the handle was semi-oval.  I decided to grab it so I could get it quicker because once he showed me the pics I had to have it!!!)

Here it is:

Bat looks a cracker, almost as good as a CE  ;)

Gary is also a top bloke even though he's always beating my top score!  The man has too much spare time on his hands!

Let us know how it goes when you receive it!
