I've heard nothing but praise! They seem to be very nice, nice enough to be my next bat  :P

Beautiful grains and finish on the ones I had, haven't got much use out of it though as I love my Warsop and Fusion too much

Well and truly seconded, my brother just bought a bat, and the customer service was second to none, plus the Redback I have is absolutely awesome. Nothing else to it.

Pictures of both mine and my brother's Redback. Mine is the one on our right, with the scuff sheet, and Andy's is the other one.

they look like quite traditional shapes - doesn't seem to be much of a bow?

Nope, they look much better like that, i have another shield on the back too, Andy's is just blank. The profile is traditional because the cleft was misshapen, and so Gary couldn't get a huge profile out of it, and also why the price was so good!  ;)
