Forum awards night

As the game is a bit of a bust due to the basic thing a ground not being available would people be interested in a kind of awards night including maybe a meal or a buffet plis drinks and afters let me know the thoughts as if enough interest we can look at venues after

If interested please reply here and we can see if it's worth it as it would be nice to meet the people behind the keyboard

It's a good idea.  You need details as to where everyone is from, then pick geographical center

That was tried with the map thing before and did not work what I will do if enough people register an intrest here is pick 4/5 locations at various points then those interested can just vote

I think in reality it would be very difficult to fin a venue where enough people would be willing to travel to to make holding the event worthwhile.

I'd be happy to attend such an event but wouldn't really be willing to travel very far. Not a great deal of fun drinking lemonade all evening to drive home.

Somewhere with a camp site near by so you can throw up a pop up tent or two man and sleep off the beer before drive home in the morning. Somewhere rural but not in the sticks..oh and a stagger home to my gaff :-)

Feel free to include where you are based if interested as can only help but it would be an over nighter I think as would be for me as would want a drink

I am based in Shrewsbury so Midlands would be handy, but can honestly say I would travel anywhere really. Just an excuse to see another part of the world!
