yep, newbery went on ebay a few weeks back, wanted something lighter with a lower middle. Newbery was too similar to my H4L custom and i didnt see myself using it.

Huh...? ???
I'm getting Blue H4L gloves dependent on price it seems :)
Only have 3 usable in matches. Instinct Review Zenith, RB Paradox Premier and Salix (which is headed to someone in April latest...) - SAF went last week...
Was merely enquiring about James' Thruxton ;)
And are you getting a Laver mate, you seem very interested.. :)

Ooohhh! I'd be keen on that if he is only having it for a bit..? Though I hear it is on its last legs so I wouldn't want to use it if you didn't want that. Only asking as I am relatively close to Mike so could get the bat directly off him I guess.. :)

Ohh I see Dave. No bother :) - Hope you get on well with it Mike. I am planning on having a S.Reserve or a Reserve if I can save up the required funds...though I need to mull it over, as there are other quality bats out there cheaper...though S.Reserve is quite a good price IMO

No, was a toss up between another H4L and a laver. Matts found me a cleft which looks rather nice so I couldn't decline it!

Laver is next on the list! They'll be plenty going round the forum in a few months though ;)

I was tempted to get the reserve and sell the net bat, but would have been a waste. Plus few ppl seem to be getting hit by customs...

I guess, but you could have made about £140 back on the net bat..I reckon that would have been OK, but then that is close to the price of the Hattori...? Is it a 5* or an LE you are getting...and how's the other H4L?
