I think it'll be Bresnan who won't make it in the starting XI, we've got medium pacers in Collingwood, Bopara and Trott and the extra spain always comes in handy in the sub-continent.

Yeah i think Bresnan will go, Yardy isn't the worst bowler, his economy rate is decent, not a mug with the bat. And as you said, Colly,Trott,Ravi all provide seam options.

I can't see England going in without 3 frontline seamers.  Colly can go do the same holding role that Yardy does (and probably turns it more).  Bresnan will definitely play.

Not in Aus it isn't. I was just following on cricinfo mate.

Back to back 5 for's for Broad and a Pietersen 50 opening. Not bad news for the English really considering the lead up!
