Looks flat + India batting first, need a good start from the bowlers

Oh dear.  Massive pressure on Anderson today - he needs to be outstanding.  And if he can find a bit of swing that would be a bonus.

The way England are bowling, I just can't see England keeping India to a decent target!!
I reckon India will end up with 300+ and England will do ok against the run rate, but lose too many wickets and therefore finish up all out for 220/230 all out!
As much as I would like to say it will be a close match, I think England's bowlers are a little low in confidence, and in these conditions Anderson will be costly and no swing means he won't be as affective as he can be in other conditions!
Broad would have been good so I think he'll be missed as he has developed into a very good ODI bowler!! And couldn't see Yuvraj hitting 6 sixes off him these days! But alas, it wasn't meant to be!
Still, early stages - and if England to lose against an incredibly strong looking batting Indian line-up, then we should use this as a team building match to help sort the bowling and fielding out!!

Here is the cricinfo commentary on the catch:

"Anderson to Sehwag, FOUR, Dropped Oh dear! Ladies and gentleman, Graeme Swann has dropped Virender Sehwag. FIrst ball. It curved away from the off-stump line, Sehwag pushed away from the body, bat well stretched out and got a thick edge. Swann lunged to his right at second slip but the ball burst off the palms. Very tough chance. Collingwood might perhaps have taken it. Or Richie Richardson"

So not fingertips, ahahha, go Australia (I know they're not playing)
