The writing/design looks like it's been created in paint and it's stretched too much. If you're going to do something this simple it needs to be classy similar to the Newbery Kudos with a touch of colour. It would look much better if it was engraved as it adds texture and extra work.

The nicest thing is the background print which looks interesting.

Makes me glad I got my AJK for under £320 with a promotional discount back in April :) Seemed like a lot of money at the time...

AJK is not in the Salix range. It's a range on its own but under the Salix label. The grade would be the same as Finite.

Or through the workshop direct, but the workshop is only open to the public between march and sep. Ideally all AJk orders would come through Barringtons as they can get custom models for you as we'll.

Post by: yogi206 on December 11, 2013, 06:46:49 AM: the Ajk I got last year is just coming into the best bat I have ever owned, it took along time to get it to "firm up" a lot of bowling machine balls and indoor nets and cricket and I must say the middle is huge, very little concaving on mine and still 2"8.5. its a beauty, but I will be getting one of these too ;-)
