i reckon it should just, take responsibility for your own actions, you choose to practice / be around the netting area, the any injuries received there are down to you.
If you dont want the chance of injury simply dont go

In a perfect world yes I fully agree but in the real world it's always someone elses fault so people look for who to blame so they can claim

if i got injured at cricket then i've chosen to be there so i wouldnt claim or anything, unless it really wasnt my fault, like a compelte freak accident, like a net pole fell off and smacked me!

Hit the nail on the head Peplow. We've all been hurt playing cricket but we all still carry on playing because we love it!
