Won our 18th straight game and were crowned champions of Div5. Got promoted last week but nothing like beating second place just to reinforce whos the best team. We reduced them to 43-5 before being a bit slack/bored and letting them creep up to 122-8 in 45 overs. I bowled 9-4-13-0 at the end, in what was a pretty average effort from our attack. Having got to 100-1, we pissed around a bit trying to slog our way to victory and did it for 5 down with 9 overs to spare.

Thought things were improving but yesterday duck thick edge into my thigh (maybe both) & rolled back & just dislodged a bail.  Team then bowled out for 59.  Although did bowl first time in 2 years 2 balls no runs 1 wicket. (stopped because it was hard work maybe a comeback)lol :D

lost yesterday to second in the table!(we are 3rd)

they batted first and managed to bang a nice 321 for 3, X pro Pete Hepworth hit a nice 208*
we had a bad start and where 30 for 3 of 6 overs. but managed to bang up a quick 150 of 20 half way there. and get us back in the game sadly we finish on 252 for 8. should be been a nice win but we cant compete on a level with club s that are buying x pro's when we are just a village team

Got brought into the 1st team again because of numerous absences, I think after the performance yesterday I might have finally secured a place in the 1sts(Hate playing for the 2nd's as the team is terrible)

Lost the toss and put into bat, we lost one of openers early on a very wet wicket and we trudged our way to 139-8 off 39 overs before I came in at number 10 and ended up with 13no as we got to 157 all out(3 short of another batting point)

Started poorly with nothing seeming to go our way in the field. I came onto bowl and finally got the big breakthrough getting their dangerous number 3 lbw(I appealed but none of my team-mates did, so I stopped, then turned round at the umpire and he had given him out!) and then their opener an over later, from then on everything in the air seemed to find a fielder as I caught 2 and we got a win with 20 odd runs to spare.

Played in 1's yesterday and we lost with 1 over to go. Tough pitch to bat on with some good bounce and turn for the spinners.
Came in with the score at around 100 with a very low run rate. Scoring shots were 6 6 6 4 4 1 1, had to try and up the runrate. We ended up with a total of 217 allout. They got it 6 down. Some must win games coming up as in a relegation battle.

We bagged another win yesterday after they posted 184-6 off their 45.

We chased them down in 31 overs for the loss of 3 wickets. Managed to score 77* with 13 x 4's and 1 x 6....good win to keep us top of the table

We absolutely smashed top of the league yesterday in the first of our 50/50 games, they haven't lost a 50/50 game in 2 years.... We bowled them out for 85 and chased the runs for 3 wickets I finished up on 27 not out should have been 31 but 4 were given as byes, nevermind... Very happy to be in the bar by 3.05
