Please don't take this the wrong way, but have you ever successfully knocked in a bat before? If the bat is still being dented in the nets, it is possible you are not hitting it with the mallet hard enough.
I can't tell from the pics if you have fitted an anti suff sheet. If you haven't, do so. They make the bat last longer, protect from damage and do not noticeably reduce performance.

If the bat is effectively new and you genuinely believe it is faulty, contact the place you bought it from. They will at least give you an opinion. It is difficult to know exactly the situation just be looking at pics.
