India dont look like the #1 Test team in world cricket. Unlucky for Dravid to have played all his career in Sachins shadow but what a player! Slow starters and all that but unless Zaheer and Sehwag make an appearance soon England will run away with this series

just watched the Indians warm up... absolutely no intensity. the quality of the fielding drills was club standard at best.
I am next to the bell today and David boon is about to arrive!

Did pretty ok in that first session, despite a sub-standard warm-up! But your point is well made. They don't seem to have that drive that we have seen over the past couple of years, sans Sehwag and Zaheer (and apparently Sachin now).

anyone know why tendulkar isn't fielding?

also the Indians must have let through more than 20 in poor fielding, that may cost them the game...

Fieding is woeful and if Gambhir is now crocked then its all over for the Indians.
Great time to be playing India with so many big names missing.

I'd think about a declaration as gambir won't open sachin can't bat till 7 and they will not be right mentally with all that going on

India are happy to draw the series and provide as little entertainment as possible and stay #1 in the selective ICC rankings.
