They are the self healing type,with matt finish(similar to TLB ones ?).I would say they are quite good. :)

Standard grips Paul decided they make no difference other then preference, ie ribbed, thick, chevron etc etc.

Its the same grip that came with it Norbs. I tinkered with a half spiral grip inside it, doesn't work for me as I have small hands.
