I know what you mean Joe but you can't very well put 'For the professional cricketers' then it sounds like your up your own (No Swearing Please) lol. The concept of offering bespoke and custom products from 'lesser known companies' but IMO are superior products, all in one store seems very appealing and unique Good Luck.  :D
Yeah for the professional would sound really stupid, I just think for the amateur, well, it could be improved

Our shop is in Walworth, just off Walworth Road and a short walk from the Oval/Elephant & Castle etc.

Regarding the amateur thing, we did think about some other generic words to describe non-professionals, but amateur seemed to be the only umbrella term that covered all the categories in one word (including youth/colts etc.) Not convinced about club cricketers, weekend cricketers etc. and if you start listing ie. club, village, league, colt etc. it just gets too long!

Thanks, Tom - your recommendation worked! :-)

In the spirit of fairness, we will be offering occasional forum deals/discounts, yes, so do keep your eyes peeled for those...

No worries!

Thanks, everyone, for the warm welcome and support.  As a start-up, this means a lot to us.

Not much criticism on the site so far, which in one sense is pleasing, but we still want to develop it as much as possible: has anyone got any suggestions on how we can improve it in any way?

There doesn't seem to be much choice of weights available. Maybe this is because you haven't recieved all your stock yet?

Yes, thanks - good call - it's partly the fact that we're still waiting on some stock, but also that we have concentrated more around 2.8-2.10, perhaps too heavily concentrated in light/medium weight range.  We'll work on this.

Small point but i personally prefer to see wicket keeping separated into pads and gloves

Way just on your website and the GM Epic Original doesn't seem to say what weight it will come in.

Corrected the GM Epic Original, so that it now includes the weight.  Changing the wicket keeping thing won't be as easy, but we will at least consider.  Good comments, thanks.

Welcome aboard Tall!

Quick question: do you deduct the VAT for international orders?

Cheers

Where are you based, Kaustav? If it's outside of the UK and EU we won't charge VAT, so you can deduct 20% from our listed prices...
