ive just picked up a leather hold all in the clearance which is a nice item for the price

just to re-interate my earlier post and what others have posted-please be very careful if you want a bat, storm damage literally could just last a couple of games(which mine did(newbery)), alternatively it could last ages.chances are thou for £200 is aint a good deal.
Don't know whether they knew at the time or when bats started to get returned, probably the latter.I did visit Salix a couple of years ago and Andrew did show me a storm damaged bat and he pointed out the markings and grain in the willow to show me-it was very slight
I would'nt of know any difference unless he had explained it at the time...
and i could'nt explain it here.

I just called them and I was only interested in knowing about the bags as they are sheer class in my opinion.

The Unbranded Canvas has a white leather pocket and is unbranded and everything else is same.

The Tan bag is real bargain he said it just have studs rather than railing and apart from this it is 100% exactly like regular one which they sell for 175 poundS!!

The problem with the tan bag is not so much the price or the quality, though I found it weird that it didn't have wheels - to have a bag that, by definition will have so much in, yet you're restricted to carrying it all the time, seems a touch cumbersome.

Sapwood in the middle of the blade! Don't see that too often.
Will it come back with the same style sickers?

Yes mate, Rob (d7bow) forwarded these pictures to me so all credit goes to him for these pictures;

2.8 Distinction

2.12 Grade 3 Distinction (they stickered as Grade 2 though)

2.12 Distinction (In my opinion best out of three and certainly a bargain!)

dont know the answer to that, the only thing i can say is newbery pointed out storm damaged bats to me when i went to buy one years back,as well as bats with minor marks or pressing cracks on them.
And at Salix Andrew Kember showed me the same thing.I got a salix with 15 grains for £80.00 i think from memory.

the bats i saw had very small v shaped patterns to the grains.
Personally i think the storm damaged bats they are selling off are v poor value.

M and H are great bats, but I hope no one buys these cos they may well not last very long.

if they were £100 it might be a different story.....
