1: 1 classic traditional, flat edge v shaped bat, straight face
There is more wood behind the bat that gives more perches for your shot, more control in the shot without a bow.
2: classic modern mix, slight edge, v shaped bat, slightly bowed face
Same as above with the addition of: The slightly larger edge allows for a bit more wood the be behind the ball on a shot that is edged.
3: Big edge, concaved, high spine
The larger edges and concaving allow for the to be more wood to be behind the shots out the middle and edge aswell as allowing more wood for less weight.
4: Offset edge, slight concaving
The off set edges allow for shot that are a bit lower or higher than the sweetspot to gain a similar amount of power in those areas, and slight concaving allows for bigger edges and spine with less weight with one with no concaving and the same weight.
Not in great detail but it is late
