You know it! Yeah was a shame about Bedminster as I was not getting in 1's, so decided to transfer back to play some first team cricket!

It's not too bad as half the games are in Bristol anyway! And yeah all in the same league, so could be a tad awkward playing bedminster in a few weeks time!

Game called off today. Now played 2 games out of 11 in the league. And 1 cup game decided by a bowl off.

After a very good run of games beating several very good teams we came crashing down with a bang yesterday. We got two early wickets but their skipper came in and got dropped 4 times including an easy one off my bowling.. He smashed me around abit and was finally caught in the 40th over, about 20 overs after he should have been out off my bowling  . They got 203-4 off 45 and we got torn apart, all out for 58 including me being given out LBW for the first time in my life..

The oppo weren't any better than the team we played last week and we had a better team out this week than we did a week ago but I don't think anybody really had their brain in gear..

Had a great day of cricket yesterday, still really smiling from it all, even though I didn't play well at all! Our team (which is a new 3rds we're starting and frankly full of part timers and mercenaries) won against a team that was significantly better. Always a nice feeling, and I thought we were going to get tanked!
