 :(

There is nothing fun about watch your side get hit for over 400 in a 40 over game - ouch!

Been a few mismatches this season in Sussex.
There's not the same number of dads, kids and old mens teams anymore.those that are left can get hammered sometimes.

I find it hard to understand how one team can be so consistently bad.   It suggests that they have never really played the game before and have little to no practice going on.   Fair play for sticking at it though!

Is there any footage of the Mali womens games? I'm genuinely confused how they can be bowled out so cheaply each game.

I used to play in the Darlington District League in the mid 90’s there were some lovely grounds but also some complete shockers. Good to see that league still going

I play for Cliffe now.

I started at Ingleton and have played briefly for Oxbridge and help set up West Park before going back to Cliffe last season.

It’s a decent league, standard dropped off massively since the late 90’s

It was our third team which played n the D&D league as our ones and twos were in the Durham county cricket league.  I had a poke around the D&D league website and was surprised to see Etherly 1’s in division C they were always a decent side in the DCCL and I got my first 50 against their 2’s. Aldbrough St John was always a wonderful place to play cricket followed by chips and a drink in the pub over the road (if I remember correctly). Middleton st. George was a decent place to play. Barton was always a fun game with a father and son who played and always ended up falling out with each other
