I am not knocking the goods really - anything I have got from them has been decent enough.
It's more about the lack of follow through from their customer services people, and also when you cancel and order online through your Pro Direct account and it is in a status of Cancelled, you kind of expect it to be cancelled?  ???
So it's more about the processes and service they deliever sometimes.  ;)

I ended up with a GM 707 in similar circumstances (had actually ordered 707+) which was out of stock for weeks so i cancelled after 4-5 weeks and was told that when you cancel the order on the website it is not really cancelled as the website cancels do not, I was told in future to call them to cancel but somehow i feel even that would be a waste of time..In the end they refunded me half the money as first it was the wrong bat and secondly sending it back from Canada would have cost 50GBP which they were not willing to pay..

report them to trading standrads, they sent you the wrong product so must pay all costs for you to return it to them.

seller is a registered UK Business then they should reimburse under Distance Selling Regulations as it's their error.

This was over a month ago, when they offered the refund of half the money i accepted that and just sold the bat at cost to a friend but not fun experience..
