I'm thinking you should go for the E41 over the A61 (edge size wins over spine height for most clubbies) and take some Dynadrive's.  Personally, I'm not as convinced that they'll be the massive hit that Scoops were though - the reason being that a lot of people bought Scoops this year on the proverbial whima nd have not used them much on the field and might not want to do the same a second time.

Saw the Dynadrive in the flesh today. Absolute monster of a bat for it's weight and incredible pick up. The scoops are quite deep into the back of the bat and combined with a flat face gives it HUGE edges. The willow itself was nothing special aesthetically. Fairly clean grains but the two they had remaining had 6 grains. Lovely, lovely bat though

I'm not sure as there weren't any weights on them but going on pick-up I would say they were around that mark maybe 2.10 - difficult to tell with the wood removed in the scoops but a very light pick-up. I normally use 2.10 and I found them light

Good find, Jack - they really are ridiculously similar! Didn't realise they all had flat faces, though - and the Dynadrive too - Gray-Nicolls seems to have fallen head over heels with the flat face all of a sudden.  I wonder why?!

Tall Paul, did you get any more news on GN's policy over shipping overseas .. i got my hands on a catalogue from roberstsbridge yesterday, tempted to put an order together with the new legend gear, ps you never did get back to me regards the GM pad sizings

Hi Alex, I will call GN today and plead our case with them! I'll keep you posted.  Sorry about the pads! I couldn't find much in the GM catalogue but will take some measurements today.  What is your instep to knee cap measurement?

We have placed our initial order with Gray Nicolls and will go and hand pick the bats once the stock arrives. I saw the range 2 weeks ago and was quite impressed with Dynadrive as well as E41.  Hopefully we can get some custom made Dynadrives.
