Nath could probably shed more light on this than me. It's a 2'10 grade 2 I think, picks up heavier than I like but a double thickness grip has sorted the pickup out.

Thanks. I have a case of the willow envy.

Thought I'd snap a pic of my kit whilst getting my bag ready for nets tomorrow. However, the Red Ink will be staying at home

Yep, didn't give the camera time to focus, just snapped it and now I've packed it away!

I found that this season there were a lot of real bargains over the winter due to the poor weather we had last year, this meant that for a bat lover like myself my money went a bit further. As all cricket kit will last indefinitely if looked after and stored well i thought it was a good investment.  Plus variety is the spice of life i am told

Amazing, where do you keep it all?

I have quite a large house so my Salix, Gray Nicolls and warsop gear is at my house and the Newbery and all my other spare kit is kept under the bed in my old room at my mums house. My dad still plays  every now and then so he will use something of mine that i keep at my parents house. Thats kind of the deal to allow me to have so much kit lol.
