Shame about the black grips (as I was told he would be using them on the India tour), but selfishly, I'm more concerned about who will be using the V12 now.  We have several on the way, and at that price, we could do with a big name player using them!

I hope he goes to GN as I agree about the comments on Strauss.  I also feel they need an England player to use the Maverick, so that's where I'd put my money...

Thats a strange one. Do you think someone will get in before the 1st test?

I think I should tweet him to ask for one of his old V12's could do with an extra bat to use.

So Slaz used him for product promotion and dumped him after that.

Who was the dumpee and the dumper here? That's what I want to know! This has come as a complete shock to me, and I know their Ultimate wicket keeping gloves are very much inspired by his feedback, as well as all the product promotion stuff - he's pretty much been the face of the brand in recent months, so I'd be intrigued to know what the actual reason is - can anyone shed any light on this?
