Thecord and I ended up with each other's kit by accident. I got in touch with Rematch and they have agreed to arrange for FedEx to collect and redeliver (at no cost to us) and credit each of our accounts with £5. Excellent customer service.

The chap I spoke to also explained that they are the Newbery clearance outlet and that with a number of Cricket retailers going bust, they are being used to clear down that stock with a minimal mark-up so that it is moved on quickly. They had noticed the uptick in orders they received when that link was posted in the ebay bargains thread too.

Hope to see them on here soon!

Took delivery of some Newbery pads and gloves from Rematch Sports this morning but after openingthe package found I had been sent some incorrect items. Hopefully the will sort this issue out as smoothl as yours.

still waiting on my order. but did select free postage so was expecting a few days wait
hope my order is correct, cant wait to see the sps pads

No cricket stuff i was keen on (though the Uzi's did hold my eye for a moment) but some great prices of whites and training gear.

Fair play to them for the customer service. Thanks again for doing the legwork on that tim2000s. They are collecting your gear from me tomorrow.

After getting my order wrong I contacted Rematch Sports customer services and have got to say the guy Robert was a great help and offered me a great deal to compensate.

Ordered a set of Newbery SPS youth pads RH and 2 pairs of Newbery SPS gloves RH but got one pair of RH and one pair of LH.

Was hoping to send them back and get a RH pair. But sadly they have sold out of youth SPS gloves.

Robert offered to send me a pair of Newbery Thruxton gloves instead and to refund the cost of one of the pairs of gloves and let me keep the LH pair for free.

Couldn't be more happy with the offer, wasn't expecting such a good offer.

Some of the best customer service iv experienced.

Maybe they've got a rogue work experience guy working on the packing side??

If these guys turn up as a sponsor on here the competition from retailers will be huge, and the big winners will be us!!!

Lucky you , I tried yesterday but were out of stock. Are they snug fit or loose ?

They are a nice fit to be honest. They fit my average adult hands perfectly and also with fingerless inners worn as well. For £20 a great bargain.
