Never managed to get all matching kit, always end up not liking something in the range. Be it the bag being to big or the pads not fitting.

Really like the H4L kit.

If I saw you turn up to a game against us, I would tell you that you are the first person I have met who has a good taste for gear. 8) Everyone up here uses the same old CA, Kookaburra, GM, etc. which are good brands, but you get tired of seeing them all the time! Also, I have never seen a H4L in person before. :-[

Yup,

I use all Gray Nics gear, plus Masuri (now Ayrtek) lid and Asics shoes.

''It's almost like someone knows someone at Gray Nicolls'' - From a guy standing at silly point. I middled it into his knackers next ball and replied ''i run a cricket shop mate, you bought those spikes from me 2 weeks ago.'' - In hindsight i should have added; ''i'll put an extra small box aside for you too, looks like you need a new one...''

''Ooooh, sponsored? big time Charlie'' - From opposition skipper at 2nd slip. That half century in an all out total of 108 was satisfying on a green seamer.

You sound like my spin bowling partner at my old club. All GN stuff, including 2 customs his girlfriend (now wife) bought him for his 22nd (she's an umpire, well into her cricket, so she's pretty sharp with what stuff he likes/uses!) and has had GN for best part of 10 years, until I saw him at a midweek game with a GM bag... He looked at me and said (I quote) "don't you dare say anything, it's only temporary!" Clearly someone loves GN a little too much  ;)
