I went from 14st 4lb to 13st 2lb around October time. I have put back on most of that though...

The aim is to get down to 12 stone, as I am only 5'8-5'9, and even though I am a large frame, it's no excuse to not lose weight, as it is pretty obvious that I have weight to lose! If I want to keep bowling medium pace, I can't have too much strain on my body and also increase my flexibilty, as I have been riddled with back strains and knee injuries, and have only really played around 5 years of cricket (I'm 20 now), so injuries aren't a good thing.
I was actually on the Insanity fitness program for about a month in October time, and was getting compliments all round, even from my own family (who always poke fun at my size and weight!) about how much better I looked. I gave up on the second month though, as it was just too difficult, so looking to start again tomorrow after my last exam with a fit test. It really does improve your flexibilty incredible amounts, as I could barely touch my toes with my finger tips at the start, but about 3 weeks in, I could put my palms on the floor. Might actually start a mini blog thread with my weight at the start of every week, and results of the fitness test every fortnight. (And pics, assuming people don't mind their eyes being violated.)
