I paid £99 for that you get the DVDs, eating guide, wall chart (to log your progress) and nutrition guide.

I think Argos are flogging it as well for around £80.

Best £99 I've ever spent.

Theres going to be some ripped fit cricketers out there

Sorry I haven't really kept this updated! I had a lapse in everything I did after the first week of this, it just seemed so much harder without someone to do it with you as a partner... So I restarted again just this Monday, and so far, have missed Plyo, Power and Cardio Recovery, so it doesn't look good! However, I have a little more of a spring in my step again since I received my Laver today. :D I'll show you guys the results in 2 months time. 8) The fit test absolutely destroyed me the other night! Thank goodness I didn't throw up halfway haha!

How much does this workout cost guys and how long should each session take?

It is worth every penny if you have the devotion to it. I sort of was devoted, maybe not too great on the diet, but the workout I didn't miss one for a whole month, and I went from 14 stone down to 13 stone and 4 pounds. 8) Each workout can take from 40-60 minutes generally!

I let myself go for a bit, and now I'm sitting at over 14 stone! I'm back at where I was last year, but I'm currently on day 3! :-[ Good thing is, my fitness levels aren't too low, bad thing is, I'm severely overweight at the moment! :( The problem lies with starting and stopping, I think getting yourself a partner to do it alongside is much better, as I've been trying to do it myself, but it just isn't the same. If you're both on the same day, and do it together, then it's much easier to get through!

I was in the exact same spot as you a few years ago. The best thing to get exercise done is to wake up early,e.g. if you normally wake up at 7 wake up at 6. This way you can't miss a session, ever, as long as you don't say "i will do it later"-never happens. Heve to be tough on yourself

These things are always better done in pairs or groups. Much easier to stick to when it's not just yourself you are letting down.

Were you doing it with your brother before? Personally I think that rather than judging yourself on weight to judge yourself on fitness instead. Weight is but a number and never tells the whole story :) I myself am 18 and a little over 14 stone which makes me statistically overweight. I'm also fitter than most people on my team so largely disregard my scale weight. Anyway good luck chad, hope it goes better this time.

thinking of doing this to loose a bit of beer gut and improve stamina / flexability and general fitness. Seen it for £37 here http://www.followdvd.co.uk/goods-2048-Insanity+60-Day+Total+Body+Conditioning+Workout+Program+DVD+Boxset.html is this the proper version / complete set? Only the offer seems too good to be true?
