Sorry I haven't really kept this updated! I had a lapse in everything I did after the first week of this, it just seemed so much harder without someone to do it with you as a partner... So I restarted again just this Monday, and so far, have missed Plyo, Power and Cardio Recovery, so it doesn't look good! However, I have a little more of a spring in my step again since I received my Laver today.

I'll show you guys the results in 2 months time.

The fit test absolutely destroyed me the other night! Thank goodness I didn't throw up halfway haha!
How much does this workout cost guys and how long should each session take?
It is worth every penny if you have the devotion to it. I sort of was devoted, maybe not too great on the diet, but the workout I didn't miss one for a whole month, and I went from 14 stone down to 13 stone and 4 pounds.

Each workout can take from 40-60 minutes generally!
