Difference being they have black soles and 4 spikes at the rear. I have the red ones too and I was weighing up the differences haha

Love my two. I had GN Ice and Puma Iridium spikes before these and wouldn't swap them for anything. Particularly liked the gold Adidas ones as they were made of leather

Previous models of Adidas lites in gold, red and blue were full leather and very comfy. the Adidas lites 1V weigh probably half the weight of previous models as the tounge and sides are very thin. Still comfy and a great long lasting shoe

It think the 22 yard lite are the same, still model 1V. They've bought out the sl22 in red and blue. I imagine they will be good to.
The good thing about the lite's is that they are a wide fitting where as I find Adidas trainers quite tight.
