Nice kit Tikolo. Are they the v (whatever the range alongside the v389)  pads?
Also what's the v389 like?
Haha its not actually a V389, its just a stickered up bat
And yeah they are the V8 players pads,
Good value for money those pads

yep - Surridge are kind enough to sponsor me! Glove (SS Turbo gloves) palms are coloured so that they don't get discoloured with the usual sweat stains - lovely soft leather and pretty good protection. The pads are the top of the range Duke pads, and when I first them I wasn't sure at first, until I picked them up. Probably the lightest pads I've ever worn. And bats - love my Turbo 1400!

Nozza, they're not Test quality amazing gloves. I never get hit on the hands, and they were fairly cheap, so...

And it's Surridge, not Dukes

It's a plain bat i bought from a local shop in Hong Kong
The bats originally from Pakistan.
It hasn't got the best Pick up, but has a very good middle

No - they are Surridge "Duke" pads. I'll take some more pics...or have a look at them on the surridge sports website.

Unfortunately I've been in the game too long - playing county level for Glamorgan, and club level for Cardiff, St Fagans, and Hull. Age is finally catching up with me, as I havent played any cricket this season due to a hernia operation that is scheduled this month! However, we've got some really promising Estonians coming through the ranks, and I am enjoying taking a coaching role whilst I'm unavailable for selection.
If anyone wants to come and tour - give me a shout!

Here you go - hopefully you can see them better now. I admit that they are not the most conventional pads on the market - but they offer good protection and are very light and comfy!
