Grips sliding up
« on: March 16, 2013, 05:52:03 AM »

I still can't seem to get this right. My bat grips always slide up the handle. I like to use two grips on my bats. I have used electric tape and cloth tape and still can't keep the grips from sliding up. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Thanks

How longs the grip been on for? Any chance it's loosened or something?

My Grips started to do that put a new grip on every 5-10 times you use it.

Take the tape off. Slightly roll up the grip and apply a small amount (about 1cm) of super glue at the buttom on both sides. Roll back the grip and hold it in place for a few seconds. Replace the tape if you want.

I do it with all my bats and works very well :)

Yeah, what I would do is put the grip on, then roll it back a few cm and put some PVA or superglue and then roll it back over. :)

Or loosen your bottom hand on your grip!

That explains why my grips don't slide up anymore! Must be a good sign, right?! :D
