Effin' brilliant. Better make sure Fox Sports is carrying it here (they usually do).

Edit - they are! 6pm start time in Perth. Once the little one goes to bed, the TV is mine! :D

Do enioy a little bit of test cricket. Agnew said on twitter that Bresnan is warming up like he's going to be playing...

Horrendous product placement from Cook, Compton and Prior!!! Why are the openers the only ones lining up with their bats!

I didn't really understand that either. Surely everybody should do it or none at all?

Correct, although looking at the making of bit that came next they all cam out with bats. Maybe its because they are the openes? and when each batsman comes in they'll show the one wit hthe bat!

Yeah, that sounds like it could be what is happening! Would make sense I guess haha. Something different from Sky Sports and I doubt the players' sponsors will be moaning either :D

Not compared to last year but he has had a 50 and a 105*. I'd take that start.

Hopefully he just sticks to it, stays out in the middle and grafts his runs. I'n a big fan of Compton so really do hope that he does well and gets a big score. It was good to see the little bit of analysis Nasser did for where he actually has his toes sticking up in the air on the point of the bowlers release. I do tend to agree that he possibly does stand a little to straight but he's the international cricketer and not me :D

Especially form a guy who's reputation is built on patience and batting long periods.
