The players 3500 - the luis Reece and TKC shape

Nice. I was at B3 recently and that was definitely one of the best profiles there. It felt like it wants to go straight from the off. Have you had a chance to use it yet?

That’s nearly as
Wild as that much admired Laver that was on here, just the shade of hardwood holding it back.

It does look stunning though.

A couple of mine. Both refurbed by Jonny and the one on the right has been re-handled by him also.

A bit of a one eyed viewpoint, but goodness me i picked out some good looking wood over years. Some of the Legends further down in the post, wow, I had forgotten how good they were!

Here's our old friends the custom Dynadrives

You can't beat a grainy GN in my book, here's a Strauss Maverick for a team mate and Robins old Legend

For fans of straight, even grains and flawless faces ahead of a million grains, here are some lovely Recoil 900's that I handpicked, and the Flare Original that was our 1000th post prize.

£180 for a B&S Fireblade, here's a pretty typical example

M&H grains

Was lucky enough to knock these 3 beauties in all in the space of a few days

My own collection

Hunts low density players willow. Very limited quantity, available to be custom made into most shape/weight combinations for £265

One of those is gone already, made into this beauty at 2'9

Ooooo

Nice grains can be found away from the top end too.

A few more i noticed on the shelves when wandering through the shop earlier.

A couple more belters sold today, lovely grains!

A few of the bats sold in the last 48 hours or so to very lucky customers.

Legends not too shabby is it @GoldenArm ;)

The Neon 808 from its first year as a model finally died this year. What a great bat that was. Jake was the master bat whisperer.

For me it is the mid range bats like that one that are more memorable. I had honestly forgotten most of the legends in the post above.

Yours was a lovely bat, as was an Oblivion (maybe Oblivion e41) 5 star for @SOULMAN1012 and this absolute blunderbus of a Kook Menace that i think sold in person in the shop. All more than reasonable from a cost perspective but really showing the subjective nature of grading, all 3 had the looks and the performance that could have commanded a top end price tag.

This 2'9 Menace 700 is bloody huge and it picks up like a feather.

43mm edges in the 'powerbulge area' and even at the very top of the shoulder the edges are 20mm. At the bottom of the toe they are 25mm.

Here it is compared to a recoil 900 that also weighs 2'9.

I've seen 3lb Ultra Menace bats that are similar size to this.

£195 is our price on a Menace 700, with free delivery, anybody tempted?

I'll knock it in for free :)

Yep that obvlivion was still getting the odd bit of use until 2021 season when it finally gave up the ghost. That mogul 404 was also one of mine but unfortunately it never really opened up.

For a bit of nostalgia I also really miss the forum meets at Vitas was the one weekend I always made sure I was available but my wallet doesn’t mind so much lol.
